At Phyzique our main objective is to support our clients in achieving sustainable health and fitness changes to their life. There are no drill sergeants here; we will always push you with in orthopedically correct boundaries. We strive to educate them in all aspects of exercise, nutrition, general health and wellness. Each trainer has their own area of expertise; whether it is strength and conditioning, general rehabilitation pre/post natal exercise or just general health and wellness we’ll start building your customized program by assessing your current health status and your goals.

The first Step

The first step is to take advantage of our complimentary fitness assessment we can then determine certain areas of muscle weakness or imbalance, risks and limitations. We can then identify appropriate training options and establish expectations for both you the client and trainer. Reading your body and understanding your body mechanics is of the utmost importance to the personalized attention we provide.
