My love for competitive sports started at a very young age. Over the years I’ve actively been involved in Basketball, Swimming, Wresting, running Track and Soccer.

While in high school a good friend introduced me to Weight Training and from that day on Weight Training has become a passion of mine. I was drawn to the “honesty” it taught me, that through hard work and dedication I was able to transform my body and achieve lasting results.

I believe the gym will teach you that hard work and dedication will directly improve your physique and encourage you to follow a healthy lifestyle, but most importantly the self-confidence you will gain.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer my focus is on working with clients who are serious about achieving lasting results through time tested techniques. Proper form is emphasized and is key in avoiding injuries for safer, faster results. My ultimate goal for all my clients is to achieve the greatest results in the most efficient way possible.
