My fitness journey began in 2010. I started working out at a local gym with zero knowledge about fitness or nutrition but I quickly became intrigued with the process and fell in love with the lifestyle. I slowly discovered my new passion, fitness!

In 2014 I decided to turn my new found passion into a career. I enrolled in a Fitness instructor certification program at Hunter College and acquired my personal training certification (NASM). I also earned a Sports Nutrition, personal nutrition diploma and a TRX (Total body resistance exercise) certification. During this time I decided to take my passion to another level by competing in a bodybuilding competition - Bikini division. I won!!! On June 2016 I took overall winner and earned my professional card of WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation)

For me Training is not about just being physically strong but it’s about being able to mentally and physically overcome obstacles that happen every day in life. I have a strong mind/body focus and believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Sometimes taking the first step is the hardest part but it proves to be the most rewarding. I utilize a wide variety of training styles including strength training, metabolic conditioning, interval training, TRX and Kettlebells. Using the right combination of training methods will get you to achieve your goals in a safe and efficient way. I am confident I can help you achieve any goal you want to be the best you can be.
