Throughout my whole life I was surrounded by sports; I completed my high school education in The Athletic Study Center of Chile, which is an institution dedicated to the development of elite athletes, such as the Chilean tennis player Marcelo Rios. In addition to my educational background, I was part of the youth soccer division of Universidad de Chile and Nueva Chicago in Argentina. My athletic upbringing led me to look for a higher education on the field and off.

My passion for soccer drove me to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. In the time I was obtaining my masters I emphasized in Biomechanics and Physiology. During the time I was obtaining my masters I was also able to be recognized as a level III Performance Analyst from John Moore University in Liverpool.

Every person is unique; it takes a lot of knowledge and experience to be able to help people to achieve their goals. Many factors must be taken into consideration as well as following training protocol, no matter if the goal is to get bigger, lose weight or prepare for a marathon.
